Even tens of thousands of users can be managed centrally on a common system. International locations can be integrated with optionally available local trunks.

Security
Geo-redundant operation in central data centers ensures that the virtual telephone system is always accessible. Bindingly defined service levels ensure consistent quality at the highest level. If the Internet connection at a company location fails, telephone availability is maintained through special backup routing.
CoolHan Call Manager encrypts both the connection establishment and the voice transmission. A new key is used for each connection to ensure the highest level of security.
Data protection is of course guaranteed at all times and can be defined as part of an agreement on order data processing.
